- Returns and exchanges are subject to initial defects, malfunctions, or damage during the warranty period and under proper use in accordance with the Important Information and Online Manual.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. *Only items purchased through the Official Store may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Please select the Apply for 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
- The warranty period is one year. Replacement items are warranted for the remainder of this warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

How to exchange
- We will send the replacement product to the address you entered.
- We will also send you a shipping label, so please use the label to return the defective item.
