If you experience connection or stability issues, a firmware update<\/a> may help.
f the app can no longer connect to your device, please try a factory reset<\/a> and re-register the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the device stops and cannot reconnect, try pressing and holding the button on the device for 3 seconds to power it on, or for about 15 seconds to reboot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
