Starting with the next version update scheduled in May 2024, the AlterLock application for Android will no longer support Android OS version 7 and below.
OS versions that will no longer be supported
Android 5 to 7
You will still be able to use the current application after the end of support, but you will not be able to update to new versions or use new features.

How to check Android OS version
Go to Settings > General > Device Information to check the OS version.

Please update to Android 8 or later, or use a smartphone with a compatible OS.
