Starting with the next version update scheduled in May 2024, the AlterLock application for iOS will no longer support iOS version 14 and below.
OS versions that will no longer be supported
iOS 11 to 14
You will still be able to use the current application after the end of support, but you will not be able to update to new versions or use new features.

How to check iOS version
Go to Settings > General > Information > Version to check the iOS version.
Action to be taken
Please update version to iOS 15 or later, or use a smartphone with a compatible OS.
