If you do not receive the confirmation email at the time of user registration
Emails usually arrive within a few minutes.
Please check that the email address entered is correct.
Depending on spam mail settings, it may be sorted into the “Spam” folder.
If you have set domain-specific reception, please add the “alterlock.net” domain.
If you have forgotten your password
Tap “If you have forgotten your password” on the app login screen and proceed to reset your password.
You can also reset your password from this page.
If you have forgotten your email address
If you have forgotten the registered email address, you can find it using the username and date of birth registered at the time.
