Products purchased from our official store can be returned within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the reason, if you are not satisfied with the product.
How to use
Please contact our support center before returning the product. For communication regarding returns, please use this page.
A representative will respond to you via email with instructions on where to send the product. Once we confirm the returned product, we will process the refund. Customers are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the product during the return shipment. It is recommended to insure the return shipment.
Conditions of Eligibility
The returned product must include all parts provided at the time of delivery, except for stickers. If the product is returned incomplete, a full refund may not be possible, or the return may be refused.
We are unable to provide packaging materials or boxes for return shipment. It is recommended to keep the original packaging during the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period.
When returning the product, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
The sales tax charged at the time of purchase will also be refunded.
For orders from outside Japan, customs duties and handling fees are not eligible for a refund.
The refund will be processed based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Purchases made using coupons are not eligible for a refund.
When returning the product, please also proceed with the cancellation of the service if necessary.
Products purchased from resellers other than our official store are not covered by this guarantee. Please contact the seller where the purchase was made.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase and return.
