I want to change my contact and shipping address.
If you wish to change the details entered at the time of order, select “Order Delivery Cancellation” > “Change of order and shipping address” from the contact form and inform us of the changes.
I haven’t received the order confirmation email.
There may be cases where emails do not reach you due to spam filter settings.
Please ensure that you can receive emails from the “alterlock.net” domain and check your spam folder.
We can also change your email address after verifying your order status.
Please select “Order Delivery Cancellation” > “Order confirmation email not received” from the contact form and contact us.
Can I get a receipt?
Please obtain a credit card statement or other method appropriate to the payment method.
Depending on the payment method, you may be able to obtain a receipt from your payment history.
