Service agreement content
With the service agreement (up to 30 days free), you can use all the features of AlterLock Gen3, including its communication function.
With one agreement, you can use up to three devices.

*Gen3 can be used without a service agreement, offering the alarm function and notifications within the Bluetooth communication range.
*For Gen1 and Gen2, a service agreement is required for device registration.
Free period
A maximum of 30 days free period applies at the start of the first agreement and when no coupon is used.
If a coupon is used, the free period provided by the coupon will apply.
Service agreement period
From the service agreement date, excluding the free period, the service agreement period is one month or one year.
The agreement will auto-renew unless canceled.
Cancellation is possible at any time.
Payment methods
The payment method for the service is supported only through in-app purchases.
You can verify your service agreement status by logging in and accessing this page.
To cancel the service, please proceed with the cancellation process by the day before the contract expiration date.
If no cancellation is made, the contract will automatically renew.
You can cancel at any time.
You can still use the service during the contract period even after cancellation.
Cancellation Method
If you purchased using Apple’s in-app purchasing, you may only cancel your subscription via the Apple App Store.
If you purchased using Google’s in-app purchasing, you may only cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store.
If you purchased in AlterLock website, you may only cancel your subscription via the website.

If you wish to change the payment method, please access this page.
Once logged in, “Service Agreement Status” screen will appear. Select “Change Payment Method” and change your payment method.
