Having trouble with your Gen3 device?

If you experience connection or stability issues, a firmware update may help.
f the app can no longer connect to your device, please try a factory reset and re-register the device.

If the device stops and cannot reconnect, try pressing and holding the button on the device for 3 seconds to power it on, or for about 15 seconds to reboot.

Outside of business hours (weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 Japan time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), replies will be made sequentially on or after the next business day.
